Ross grew up in the rural West Texas town of Van Horn, Texas. He attended Baylor University and was involved in Kappa Omega Tau fraternity and Baylor Ambassadors, a student organization that lobbied both in Austin and Washington D.C. for financial aid for underprivileged students. After college, Ross attended South Texas College of Law. In the summer of 2011, Ross interned for the Hon. Judge Diane Bull in Harris County Criminal Court at Law #11. Throughout 2011 and 2012 Ross clerked at the Law Office of J.L. Carpenter & Associates. During the summer of 2012, Ross interned with Tax Advisors: Estrategia y Planificacion in Santiago, Chile. Ross was admitted to the bar in November 2013. After admission to the bar, Ross worked for the Law Office of J.L. Carpenter & Associates in an Associate Attorney capacity. In March of 2014 Ross joined Tritico Rainey PLLC as an Associate Attorney. Since then, Ross has expanded his practice area from exclusively Criminal Defense, to include Civil Litigation, Employment, Education, and Administrative Law.
